We called after 1.5 hours and asked how long it could take. The man on the phone was very rude and doesn't seem to understand that as a hungry customer you are curious. I understand if you are understaffed and it takes a little longer, but that's not how you talk to customers. I will definitely not order there anymore.

Yes, what can you say ...? Smileys, one of the "McDonalds" at the pizza delivery company. You also know about them, great photo and mud on your plate. Unfortunately it was the same this time. Ordered dish: pasta with ham and spinach. What got there Below pasta. Pieces of cooking disks cut on top, partly still in 3 layers on top of each other and a dollop of spinach. Don't you guys like your guests? Absolutely underground, plus the delivery time. OK, it was Sunday evening, Lieferando said 35 minutes, it took over 1.5 hours. It's both for such a large franchise company like smileys an embarrassment.

Just ordered three pizzas. I was amazed that they were faster here than Usain Bolt over 100 m. The delivery man was rougher than Donald Trump. When we opened the pizzas, we also realized why ... The dough was not even rudimentary and how the pizzas were topped was similar to the cracked brain of a jigglypuff. Called directly to confirm, we were not offered any discounts or vouchers, but only told that it would be passed on to the kitchen. Never again, if you could give minus stars, I would give them all.

Very fast delivery. Took less than 20 minutes! As always, pizza was delicious and still warm, so it was absolutely enjoyable. Supplier was also very friendly, always happy to order here.

Worst pasta I've ever ordered! I didn't know that spaghetti bolognese can be messed up like this. A dry pile of microwave noodles with 2 tablespoons of "sauce" (which I will not go into further here, otherwise I will fail) If I wasn't so hungry I would have simply thrown it away. I will never order here again and I hope nobody else does because your shabby hut only deserves to go under.

Almost 2.5 hours waiting for the order. On demand it has been said for an hour that the driver starts "immediately". I can understand that there is a lot going on in the sky. But then you can also say that orders take longer. An honest assessment without messing up the customers would help.

Pizza delivery arrived after another hour, just before 11pm, and greeted me at the door with: "That still makes € 9.95." Do you really have to like that as a customer?
